With nearly two decades of dealings with corporate and private clients, Andrew brings a wealth of experience to the company.

He recently worked in asset management and his track record includes a role as national sales manager for one of the UK's largest mortgage and general insurance networks.

Marilyn Greening | Associate Director

Services including kidnap and ransom, personal accident and a broad range of general insurance areas are handled by Marilyn.

Based at the Group's central St Peter Port offices, she regularly communicates with clients around the globe and derives satisfaction from creating specialist cover for their particular circumstances.

'The challenge and satisfaction of my role is in handling enquiries from people across a very broad spectrum.'

Darren Le Couvey | Insurance Manager

After nearly two decades in the insurance sector, Darren Le Couvey now brings his experience to Sydney Charles Advisers.

As the company's new Insurance Manager, Darren says he is enjoying a role based on providing high levels of personal service. 'Until now, I have tended to work in insurance areas that are entirely price led but Sydney Charles' approach of offering the best possible service is more in tune with how I prefer to work. It means they are still competitive but their primary focus is on ensuring that clients get to know the team well and that we can meet all of their needs. It's all about treating them as individuals and thinking more broadly about how we can streamline all areas that need to be covered, which is hugely satisfying for me,' he explained.

Darren joined the insurance sector in the early 90s and has broad experience in all areas of the industry.
