The investor has a say in which funds he invests in under this
type of scheme. These can include Cash funds, gilts/fixed interest,
equity, international and property. Ethical funds can also be
selected should the investor decide not to use their funds for
areas such as arms manufacture, tobacco or alcohol and, perhaps
instead, use 'green' companies or those offering progressive
employment schemes.
