Christmas can be a stressful period for our clients - especially
on the financial front when the cost of all those generous gifts is
added up - so the team here at Sydney Charles have paid close
attention to ensuring that there are no nasty surprises over the
festive holiday.
Most of our insurance policies include automatic cover of new
purchases and items for a 60-day period, (up to 25% of the contents
or valuable articles sum insured) so if Santa has been generous
enough to leave something small, sparkly and valuable under the
tree, there are no worries about whether it will be covered in the
event of an unforeseen festive mishap. In fact, whatever is
carefully wrapped or secretly stashed around the home, the new
additions are almost certainly covered under our clients' contents
insurance policy. All that is required is to notify us within the
required period.
