Cocktails and Canapes at our new headquarters
Celebrating the latest phase of its development and expansion,
Sydney Charles Group recently held a reception for 120 clients and
contacts at its newly-purchased premises in the centre of Town.
The five-storey Georgian property at 16, New Street, is now the
headquarters of Sydney Charles Insurance Advisers Ltd and Sydney
Charles Financial Services Ltd. It is also the launch base for
Sydney Charles UK, which is due to start operating this month.
The property was bought after the Group outgrew its former Smith
Street premises. 'We are delighted to have found such a prestigious
Town centre property because it has already proved to be an ideal
place to meet clients wishing to discuss their international
property portfolio insurance, investments and pension
requirements,' explained SC Chairman Philip Lepp. He added that,
with views of the harbour and Castle Cornet, it was also an
attractive spot in which to work.
The organisation has expanded substantially since its launch as
a boutique insurance provider less than five years ago. It now
employs a team of 15 specialists. They work with private and
corporate clients around the globe. The Cocktails and Canapés event
represented the formal launch of 16, New Street as the Group's
HQ.
Explaining the reasons behind the organisation's impressive
growth, Philip said that the Group's strong focus on providing the
highest levels of service was reaping tangible results. 'Much of
our new business comes from personal recommendation from existing
clients, which is extremely satisfying, as well as proving to be an
effective business approach.' He also believes that Sydney Charles'
ability to create unusual offers, such as their multi-manager RATS
and QROPS options, has helped the organisation to develop at such
an impressive rate.
